Lok Sabha polls likely this November, prepare: Azad to Congress workers
LUCKNOW: Congress is bracing for early Lok Sabha elections and it has requested party workers to be ready when the polls, scheduled for 2019, are advanced for this year-finish.
Leader from the opposition within the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad told party workers here on Saturday there would be a “90% chance” of parliamentary polls being held around November this season. “You, as people, have offered the party for thus a long time so we need focus all of your energy on realising our imagine winning the following election,” stated Azad, the AICC general secretary responsible for UP.
